Booking Cancellation

BOOKING CANCELLED

Your reservation is cancelled and an email has been sent to you. In case this is a cancellation of a confirmed booking, please view our cancellation policy and do note:

  • Refunds are made only through cheque for bookings made by cash/ cheque/ bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the payment gateway (PayU) on our website usually take 5 working days. PayU may deduct 2-5% as charges.
  • Credit card refunds will only be made against credit card bookings and usually take 15 working days. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund. Credit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
